From December 17th to 18th, 2023, the 8th National Youth Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference was successfully held in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It was organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), hosted by CAAI Committee of Youth Working, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) and Guangdong Key Laboratory of Safe and Intelligent New Technology and co-organized by Guangdong Computer Society, Shenzhen Computer Society and Shenzhen Harshen Asset Management Co., Ltd. The chairs of the Steering Committee of the conference includesLiu Hong, Professor at Peking University and Vice Chairman of CAAI, Wang Weining, CAAI Secretary-General, Wang Xuan, Honorary Director of Committee of Youth Working and Professor in Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Ding Mingfeng, Chairman of Hechuang Capital, Dr. Xiao Jing, Chief Scientist of Ping An Group, and Professor Jiang Yong of Tsinghua University.. Professor Gong Maoguo of Xidian University, Director of Committee of Youth Working, and Professor Xu Ruifeng of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), deputy director of CAAI Youth Working Committee, are co-chairs of the conference. Professor Chen Wenbai from Beijing University of Information Science and Technology and Professor Shi Shaohuai from Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Deputy director of Committee of Member Services, served as co-chairs of the conference Procedure Committee.
