The 2023 Global AI Innovation Contest (hereinafter referred to as the Contest) is officially open for registration. The Contest is co-hosted by CAAI and the People’s Government of Hangzhou Yuhang District and jointly organized by the Administration Committee of Zhejiang Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City (Haichuang Park) and Beijing ARTrobot Company Limited. The Contest focuses on cutting-edge technology and applied innovation from a global perspective with the aim to promote academic exchanges, talent training, technological development, and cross-disciplinary application and integration. It serves as a communication platform for talented individuals and seeks to build a nurturing ecosystem for the AI industry.

4. Prizes and Awards

•  AI Algorithm Challenge

The total prize money for the AI Algorithm Challenge is CNY 850,000 - 920,000 pre-tax.

•  Hardware Challenge

The total prize money for the Hardware Challenge is CNY 400,000 pre-tax.

Champion: CNY 20,000 per team, instructor CNY 10,000 per team

2nd runner-up: CNY 15,000 per team, instructor CNY 8,000 per team

3rd runner-up: CNY 10,000 per team, instructor CNY 5,000 per team

First prize: CNY 3,000 per team, instructor CNY 2,000 per team, 5 teams in total

Second prize: CNY 2,000 per team, 10 teams in total

Third Prize: CNY 1,000 per team, 15 teams in total

*The above awards are for each track. There are altogether three tracks for the Hardware Challenge.
