In order to thoroughly implement the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress, the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and the National Science and Technology Conference, and to implement Xi Jinping's important instructions on scientific and technological innovation, mass organizations' work, and the work of the Association for Science and Technology, CAAI is now carrying out the work of the declaration of decision-making consultation expert teams and the solicitation of projects in 2024. It also focuses on the goal of building a powerful country in science and technology and achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement, and follows the "Notice on the Declaration of Decision-making Consultation Expert Teams and the Solicitation of Projects in 2024 by the Strategic Development Department of the China Association for Science and Technology".
