The submission period runs from the date of this notice until October 1, 2026.This call for proposals centers on artificial intelligence and related interdisciplinary fields, with a focus on the following:Artificial Intelligence: Focusing on the cutting edge of global science and technology, key economic sectors, major national needs, and public health and safety, covering all areas of natural sciences and engineering. The call prioritizes scientific questions that are original and pioneering, as well as "bottleneck" technical challenges in fundamental theory, core algorithms, key systems, and software and hardware platforms related to artificial intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence+ Field: We are particularly seeking proposals addressing issues related to the deep integration and collaborative innovation of artificial intelligence with fundamental sciences (mathematics, physics, and chemistry), life sciences and health, education and teaching, advanced materials, earth sciences, ecological and environmental sciences, manufacturing technology, information technology, agricultural technology, and aerospace technology-with a special focus on cutting-edge interdisciplinary challenges that have the potential to drive paradigm shifts and expand the boundaries of application.
