Recently, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) has received multiple inquiries from members of the public regarding certain organizations such as "Zhongwang Zhimei", "Zhongwang Chuangtai", and the "China Zhimei AI Ecosystem Fund". In response, CAAI hereby makes the following solemn statement:

1. CAAI has no affiliation, collaboration, or any other relationship with entities including "Zhongwang Zhimei", "Zhongwang Chuangtai", and the "China Zhimei AI Ecosystem Fund", nor has it participated in any of their projects, investments, promotions, or organizational activities.

2. Following review, it has been found that the aforementioned entities have used images and content from the China Artificial Intelligence Conference organized by CAAI in 2024 without authorization (conference content available at https://www.caai.cn/site/content/4340.html). Such actions constitute suspected infringement of CAAI's lawful rights and interests. CAAI has requested relevant platforms to remove the infringing content and take appropriate action, and reserves the right to further pursue legal liability.

3. Regarding matters such as investments, financial transactions, and project disputes reflected in certain inquiries, CAAI has not participated in the relevant activities nor does it have knowledge of the related circumstances. It is recommended that the involved parties seek to protect their lawful rights and interests through judicial authorities or relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with the law.

4. The public is advised to remain vigilant against any activities conducted under the guise of CAAI, including promotions, fundraising, or other events. If any relevant线索 are discovered, please report them to CAAI.
