On October 21st, 2024, the “China-Europe Scientists Forum & the 6th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Manufacturing” (AIAM2024) was successfully held in Frankfurt Germany. AIAM2024 was organized by the Overseas Chinese Science and Technology Innovation Alliance and CAAI and in association with the China-Europe Scientists Forum, Xidian University, Houzhu University, the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance and the International Association of Applied Science and Technology. With the theme of “AI and Advanced Manufacturing”, it aims to provide a platform for experts, scholars and engineers related to digital technology, intelligence, green design, manufacturing and application to exchange the latest findings, thus promoting the interdisciplinary development of AI around the world. 

Wu Pengfei, the Vice-Consul-General of the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Frankfurt and Michael Merz, the mayor of Ransbach-Baumbach, delivered speeches. Professor Aaron Ciechanover, the laureate of the 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry and Professor Etienne-Emile Beaulieu, the former dean of the National Centre of Scientific Studies sent congratulations via videos. The Forum attracted more than 200 participants including 30 association presidents from over 10 European countries, engineers, professors and journalists.
