On October 27, 2024, the 2024 National Forum of Famous School Principals on Basic Education in the AI Era was convened at the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China. It was hosted by CAAI and co-organized by the Primary and Secondary School Working Committee of CAAI and RDFZ.

Academician Dai Qionghai, Director of the Institute of Information Science and Technology at Tsinghua University and Chairman of CAAI, and Principal Liu Xiaohui of RDFZ and Secretary of the Party Committee of RDFZ & United Schools, attended the forum and delivered speeches. Researchers Liu Chenglin, Vice President of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Vice Chairman of CAAI, Professor Xiong Zhang, Dean of the School of Information Technology and Management at the University of International Business and Economics, Professor Tian Huisheng from Capital Normal University, as well as numerous principals and party secretaries of primary and secondary schools from Beijing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Luoyang, and other cities participated in the forum and delivered keynote speeches.
