On August 18, the China Artificial Intelligence Dean and Master Forum hosted by the CAAI and Beijing University of Technology was held online. Dai Qionghai, a counselor of the State Council, Chairman of the CAAI, and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, alongside Qiao Junfei, executive director of the CAAI C, and vice president of Beijing University of Technology,  attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech on behalf of the host. Liu Chenglin, vice president of CAAI and vice president of the Institute of Automation，Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as the guest host of the main forum.

Leaders from the national first-class universities related to artificial intelligence, backbone teachers and top outstanding science and technology enterprises talked about science and education collaboration, scientific research advancements, and talent training under the integration of production and education. In the forum, the "Panorama of Artificial Intelligence Knowledge Points: Toward the Era of Intelligence + Blue Book" organized by the Chinese Society for Artificial Intelligence was officially released.
