On August 18th, 2022, hosted by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), the Forum on Artificial Intelligence Leadership and Distinguished Educators at the Chinese Institute for Artificial Intelligence, along with the handover meeting of CAAI Professional Committee of Education was held online. Dai Qionghai, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), Counselor of the State Council, and President of CAAI, and Professor Qiao Junfei, vice president of BJUT, attended the forum and delivered speech. Besides, the opening ceremony was presided over by Liu Chenglin, Vice President of CAAI and Vice Chairman of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA).

The conference focused on topics such as the cultivation of innovative AI talents, breakthroughs in fundamental theories, and the construction of disciplines and specialties, during which keynote speeches were delivered by Academician Pan Yunhe, Academician Li Deyi, and Professor Zhu Songchun. Additionally, the meeting released the Panorama of Artificial Intelligence Knowledge: Towards the Intelligence +Era Blue Book, which was compiled by the CAAI. It reflects on the historical development and construction strategies of AI teaching and learning.
