In the 2018, the 8th "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award" (National Science Awards Certificate No. 0218) has been officially launched. "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award" is the highest award in the field of intelligent science and technology in China. It has the qualification to nominate and recommend the National Science and Technology Award. All universities and research institutes, associations and group members of the Institute should increase their publicity efforts and carefully organize the recommendations. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I．Method of declaration

According to the relevant provisions of the "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Awards Regulations" and "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Awards Regulations", all units are in Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Awards official website (http://www.wuwenjunkejijiang.cn), China Artificial Intelligence The "Notice Announcement" on the homepage of the Society's website (http://www.caai.cn) is available for review of the "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award" selection activity, and organizes the recommendation application for the "Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award" in 2018.

(3) achievements in soft science research of scientific decision-making and modern management of intelligent science and technology undertakings;

(4) achievements made in the popularization and popularization of artificial intelligence science and technology and the creation of popular science;

(5) key generic technology in artificial intelligence (including the core algorithm, perceptual recognition, computational knowledge, cognitive reasoning, autonomous unmanned systems, human-computer interaction, cross-media analysis, reasoning, virtual reality for modeling and intelligent computing chip and system, natural language processing technology) outstanding achievements, and lead the world's advanced level in the application field;

(6) Chinese artificial intelligence enterprises have practical application cases of technological innovation engineering;

(7) promoters of profound changes in popular innovation and entrepreneurship, institutional innovation and production, operation and management;

(8) establish technical standards and service systems for artificial intelligence, and carry out innovative applications in key areas and achieve achievements;

(10) establish AI laws, regulations, ethical norms and policy systems, and form contributors to AI safety assessment and control capabilities;

2. Declaration conditions

(1) the technical research results shall be proved to be advanced in technology, stable in quality and obvious in benefit through scientific research and project conclusion, evaluation or acceptance report of scientific and technological achievements, and practical application for more than two years;

(2) the academic level of the basic theoretical research results is in a leading position, and they are published or published in the national or foreign academic journals, which are recognized by the international and domestic peers and have guiding significance for the development of the discipline or practical application;

(3) a technological invention shall obtain an authorized patent for invention;

(4) scientific popularization achievements should be proved by extensive social effects;

(5) only one category of awards can be applied for projects recommending annual candidates;

(6) technical enterprises engaged in artificial intelligence innovation and entrepreneurship can recommend and apply for this award;

(7) there is no dispute about the ownership of the achievements, the main completion units and the main completion persons and their order;

(8) no application or recommendation of this award is accepted for any confidential project involving national defense or national security and its completion; The application and recommendation of this award for projects in the field of national defense and national security that have been declassified or not classified and their completion persons shall be approved and approved by the competent authorities at a higher level, and the corresponding declassification or non-confidentiality proof materials shall be provided;

(9) in order to reward outstanding young talents for their innovative ability and pioneering research work, I recommend candidates of Wu Wenjun's outstanding young talents award for artificial intelligence in the current year, who must be no more than 35 years old on July 31, 1983 (born on or after July 31, 1983).Applicants who have been selected into the national "thousand young talents", national "top young talents", national "young Yangtze river scholars" and national "excellent young scholars", as well as similar talent programs in various provinces and cities are not allowed to apply for this award.

(10) projects that have won national, provincial and social forces science and technology awards may not be repeatedly declared or recommended for this award.

(7) one academician of the Chinese academy of sciences and the Chinese academy of artificial intelligence, one scholar of the Chinese association of artificial intelligence, or three standing directors jointly recommend;

(8) one Cheung Kong Scholar Chair Professor of Department of Education, one winner of the national outstanding youth fund, one top young talents of the national "ten thousand talents plan", one expert of the national "one thousand talents plan", one scholar of the "one hundred talents plan" of the Chinese academy of sciences.

Note: Wu Wenjun's Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Achievement Award will be implemented as a nomination system. It will be nominated by experts, scholars, organizations and relevant departments. It will not
