Recently, our Association has received feedback from the public regarding the "Artificial Intelligence + Working Group"'s unauthorized use of our Association's ICP filing number in its "Artificial Intelligence +" app. In response, our Association hereby issues the following solemn statement:I. The Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence has no affiliation, partnership, or other relationship with the "Artificial Intelligence + Working Group," nor has it participated in any of its projects, investments, promotional activities, or organizational events.

II. Upon investigation, it was found that the "AI+ Working Group" unlawfully displayed and used our Association's ICP filing number (Jing ICP Bei No. 06029423-1) in its "AI+" app. The aforementioned unauthorized use of our Association's ICP filing number has seriously misled the public and constitutes a grave infringement of our Association's legitimate rights and interests. Our Association has requested that the relevant platforms remove and address the infringing content and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.

III. Regarding matters such as investment, financial transactions, and project disputes raised by the public, our Association has not participated in any related activities and is not aware of the relevant circumstances. We advise the parties involved to protect their rights and interests in accordance with the law through judicial authorities or relevant regulatory agencies.IV. We urge the public to remain vigilant and guard against individuals or entities impersonating our Association or unlawfully using our information (including, but not limited to, our ICP filing number and website address) for promotional, fundraising, fraudulent, or other activities. If you discover any relevant leads, please report them to our Association and promptly file a report with the judicial authorities.
