In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on the Selection and Commendation of the Fourth National Innovation Excellence Award" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) hereby announces the outstanding individuals recommended by our organization and preliminarily approved by the Award Office.

Qiao Junfei (affiliation: Beijing University of Technology) is proposed to receive the Fourth National Innovation Excellence Award Medal.

Ma Huadong (affiliation: Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications) is proposed to receive the Fourth National Innovation Excellence Award Certificate.

Zhang Yi (affiliation: Sichuan University) is proposed to receive the Fourth National Innovation Excellence Award Certificate.
