In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award Charter and its Implementation Rules, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) conducted the evaluation of the 2025 Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award nominated projects through strict procedures including formal review, preliminary evaluation by correspondence, preliminary evaluation by panel meeting, and final evaluation by panel meeting, followed by a 10-day public notice period as required. Following review and approval by the Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award Committee and endorsement by the President of CAAI, it has been decided to award the 2025 Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award to a total of 116 achievements and individuals. The results are hereby publicly announced.

The 2025 awards include: 2 Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Contribution Awards; 18 first-prize and 15 second-prize Natural Science Awards; 8 first-prize, 7 second-prize, and 1 third-prize Technological Invention Awards; 1 special-prize, 20 first-prize, 23 second-prize, and 6 third-prize Science and Technology Progress Awards; and 15 Youth Science and Technology Awards.
