On February 7, 2026, the handover meeting of the Ninth Youth Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Youth Committee") of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) was successfully held. Academician Dai Qionghai, President of CAAI, provided full oversight throughout the handover process. Professor Ma Huadong, Vice President of CAAI, chaired the meeting. More than 160 representatives attended the meeting, including Professor Gong Maoguo, Director of the Eighth Youth Committee, and Professor Wu Yue, Secretary-General of the Eighth Youth Committee.

Academician Dai Qionghai fully affirmed the work of the Youth Committee and offered valuable suggestions for its future endeavors. He expressed his hope that the Youth Committee would continue to serve as a bridge and bond, providing a high-quality exchange platform for young master's and doctoral students, young researchers, and emerging industry talents. He encouraged the Committee to broadly unite young forces, inject new vitality into the development of China's artificial intelligence field, and make even greater contributions.
