The 2026 China Judicial Artificial Intelligence Conference (CJAI2026) was successfully held.

From January 23 to 24, 2026, the 2026 China Judicial Artificial Intelligence Conference (CJAI2026) was successfully held in Shanghai. The conference was hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), co-organized by the Institute for Internet Justice at Tsinghua University, and jointly undertaken by the Shanghai Intelligent Computing Division of the National Key Laboratory of Internet Architecture, the CAAI Member Service Working Committee, and the Shanghai Legal Technology Association.

Attendees who participated in and delivered speeches at the conference included: He Xiaorong, Senior Grand Justice of the Supreme People's Court; Dai Qionghai, Academician and President of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence; Lin Wei, Vice President of the China Law Society and President of Southwest University of Political Science and Law; and Guo Yong, Professor and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University.

Zhang Bo, Academician and Honorary Dean of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at Tsinghua University, delivered a keynote report titled "The Era of Artificial Intelligence and the Judiciary," in which he provided an in-depth elaboration on the connotation and extension of the concept of "judicial artificial intelligence" and offered prospects for the future development direction of industry application scenarios.
