From November 21 to 23, 2025, the 20th China Conference on Fundamental Artificial Intelligence was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. Hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and organized by the CAAI Technical Committee on Fundamental Artificial Intelligence, the conference centered on the theme “Focusing on Foundational Innovation and Strengthening the Intelligent Foundation.” It brought together leading experts and scholars in artificial intelligence from universities, research institutes, and industry across China. In-depth discussions were conducted on key topics including breakthroughs in fundamental theory, innovative technological applications, and talent cultivation, pooling collective wisdom to promote the high-quality development of artificial intelligence.
