On October 20th, 2024, the 2024 Annual Academic Salon was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. It was hosted by CAAI, organized by Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and co-organized by the CAAI Professional Committee of Uncertainty AI. Many experts and scholars including Professor Zhang Qin at Tsinghua University, also the director of CAAI Professional Committee of Uncertainty AI and the former vice president of China Association for Science and Technology, Yi Gangqiang and Liu Hongxiang, the president and vice president of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, respectively, Chen Zhipeng and Yan Junfeng, the party secretary and dean of the School of Informatics at the University, participated in the salon. The event also attracted scholars and experts from over 20 universities, including Yunnan University, Wuhan University, Southeast University, Xidian University and Communication University of China and nearly 200 teachers and students of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine.
