On July 29th, 2024, the anticipated Forum on “Hello, New World!--China’s New Practice about AI+Law” successfully concluded in Shenzhen. It was hosted by CAAI, co-organized by CAAI Professional Committee on Artificial Intelligence Logic, the Laboratory for Digital Rule of Law, Zhejiang University, Guangzhou Ruilv Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd and Shenzhen Ailv Digital Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd and co-sponsored by many units such as China Computer Federation Computational Law. It attracts more than 80 experts, scholars and elites from the legal, technological and business sectors to discuss the newest path and the future development direction of law empowered by AI. 

Zhang Yong, the secretary-general of CAAI Professional Committee on Artificial Intelligence Logic and the professor at the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Shenzhen University，delivered a speech, representing the host of this event. Luo Zhenhui, the vice president of Shenzhen Lawyers Association，gave a keynote speech；and Wang Hongjie, the general manager of Ruilv Intelligent Technology，introduced the achievements and plan in AI law application in detail.

During this conference, the Laboratory for Digital Rule of Law at Zhejiang University released The Evaluation System for Legal Vertical Large Models and their Applications in China (Requirement for Comment).
