On October 28th, the Second Summit on Music Intelligence kicked off in Beijing. Co-hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and the Central Conservatory of Music (CCOM), the summit brought together influential figures in various fields, including music artificial intelligence, music and neuroscience, and music therapy, along with representatives from the music industry. Participants collectively explored the future of the music world, sharing cutting-edge technologies and industry trends. Besides, the summit was characterized by keynote speeches, 7 thematic forums, a satellite meeting on the discipline, a round table discussion on music AI, and a paper selection process spanning various interdisciplinary fields. Furthermore, there were events including a composition competition and a marathon performance of electronic music, featuring diverse perspectives and a wide range of content.
