On October 21-22, 2023,the "9th China Intelligent Technology and Big Data Conference" was successfully held in Yantai, Shandong Province.  The conference was sponsored by CAAI and jointly hosted by the CAAI Professional Committee of Intelligent Service， Yantai University, and the School of Computer Science, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Itwas held both online and offline, attracting over 370,000 participants from both in-person and virtual attendance. Attendees, including experts, engaged in discussions and knowledge exchange on topics related to the cutting-edge developments in artificial intelligence, insights into AI, the role of science and data in the era of artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing systems for organoid regeneration, performance optimization of distributed machine learning systems supporting large models, and machine synesthesia: intelligent integration of communication and multi-modal perception.
