In March 2023, in accordance with the “CAAI Charter” and the “Evaluation and Selection Procedure of CAAI Fellow,” CAAI initiated the nomination process for its fellows. Through the procedures of nomination by the Fellows of the Association, review by the Office of the Fellows Evaluation Committee, and deliberation, voting, and public announcement by the Fellows Evaluation Expert Committee, the following eight outstanding technological professionals in the field of AI were elected as CAAI Fellows: Academician Chen Junlong, Professor Zheng Qinghua, Professor Wu Fei, Professor Tao Jianhua, Dr. Yan Weipeng, Professor Sun Changyin, Professor Peng Yuxin, and Dr. Liu Cong.
