According to the spirit of the notice of the State Intellectual Property Office on the selection of the 23rd China Patent Award (GZFH Zi [2021] No. 124) (hereinafter referred to as the notice), the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence can recommend three patent projects to participate in the selection of the 23rd China Patent Award. All relevant units may voluntarily submit the patent projects related to the field of Artificial Intelligence for evaluation. Please carefully read the notice and the measures for the evaluation of China Patent Award, prepare application materials according to the relevant requirements, and submit them to our office before October 15th.

Note: this association only accepts the application for invention patent and does not accept the application for design patent.
