According to the regulations of the measures for the Fellow Evaluation of CAAI, the nomination in 2021 has started. The requirements and arrangements for the nomination of candidates for CAAI fellows are hereby notified as follows:

1 Candidate Qualification

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

(1) Has made outstanding achievements and innovative contributions at home and abroad in scientific research and technology development in the field of artificial intelligence

(2) The research results have played a leading role in the artificial intelligence related industries, or the papers published in high-level journals or conferences have a wide range of academic influence at home and abroad.

(3) Has been a senior member of CAAI for more than five years, concerned about and supported the work of CAAI, and made outstanding contributions to the construction of CAAI.

2 Nomination of candidates

(1) The candidates must be nominated by someone other than the nominees. Each candidate shall be nominated by three nominators.

(2) CAAI fellows are effective nominators. Each nominator shall nominate no more than two fellows each year.

(3) The nominees must fill in the nomination form.

3 Assessment procedure

The fellow evaluation committee will review the qualifications and nomination procedures of the nominees. Once meeting the requirements, the nominees will be confirmed as the official candidates, and the materials will be submitted to the fellow evaluation expert committee for evaluation and selection according to the Methods for Fellow Evaluation of CAAI. The results of the selection will be announced on CAAI’s official website for five working days; If there is no objection, the nominee will be officially elected as fellow of CAAI.

4 Material submission

The nominators are requested to fill in and sign the nomination form and send it to the fellow evaluation committee before May 31, 2021.
