In order to guide and support the national associations, societies, and research associations (including the consortium) affiliated to the Chinese Association of Science and Technology (CAST) to explore innovative mechanisms for the selection and cultivation of young scientific and technological talents, and to provide talent guarantee for building a world science and technology power and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, CAAI organizes the selection of talents for the Young Talents Entrustment Project in the field of artificial intelligence in 2019-2021 in accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Administrative Measures for Young Talents Entrustment Project of the China Association for Science and Technology” and the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Young Talents Entrustment Project of the China Association for Science and Technology”. Within the prescribed deadline for application, CAAI has received application materials from 23 candidates. On December 25, 2019 and January 19, 2020, CAAI organized online review and defense review meetings of young talents' trust project from 2019 to 2021 respectively, and finally selected two candidates. The selected list is publicized and accepted social supervision for seven working days (from January 19 to February 1, 2020).
