On January 20, 2018, the "Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence Member Service Center" (referred to as "CAAI Member Service Center") officially settled in the Huaxia Happiness Innovation Center of Fengtai Science and Technology Park in Zhongguancun, Beijing.

Chairman of the CAAI, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Li Deyi, Vice President of Huaxia Happiness Foundation Co., Ltd. Gu Qiang, IBM Global Vice President, IBM Greater China Chief Technology Officer, and IBM China Research Institute Dean Shen Xiaowei delivered speeches respectively. More than 30 heavyweight guests, including the executive director and the Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Gui Weihua, attended the unveiling ceremony. The opening ceremony was attended by the vice president of the society and the Japanese workers.
