In order to guide and support the national institutes, associations and research institutes (including associations) of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology to explore innovative selection and training mechanisms for young scientific and technological talents, and to provide talent guarantee for building a China with advanced science and technology in the world, and realizing the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) has organized the selection of talents for the 2018-2020 “young talents recommendation project” in the field of artificial intelligence in accordance with the relevant requirements of the administrative measures for the young talents recommendation project of China Association for Science and Technology  and the implementation rules for the cast young talents recommendation project.
