For the implementation of the document spirit of the Development Planning for the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence, the Action Plan for Education Informatization 2.0, the Strategy of Rejuvenating Rural Planning (2018-2022)  and the Fight Poverty Action Guidance for Three Years in Crucial, we should make full use of the artificial intelligence technology, explore new education teaching mode, to advance education precision for poverty alleviationand promote the balanced development of the education.Therefore,in the support of the Education Management Center of Ministry of Education the Chinese ，Association for Artificial Intelligence(CAAI), China Association for Education Technology(CAET), the Research Center for Language Intelligence of China, decided to hold the 1st China Intelligence Education Conference.
