To guide and support the national society, association, China Association for Science and technology belong to institute (including society association) to explore the selection and training young talents of science and technology innovation mechanism, and for the construction of science and technology world powers, to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream to provide talent guarantee, the CAAI in accordance with the "lift for young scientists of China association for science and technology project management method" and "lift for young scientists of China association for science and technology project implementation rules" the relevant requires organizations to carry out 2018-2020 "youth talent lift project" personnel selection in the AI field.
