
The 2026 Dobot Embodied AI Challenge (hereinafter referred to as the Challenge), a national-level embodied AI competition sponsored by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and co-organized by the CAAI Specialized Committee on Embodied AI, Anhui University, and Shenzhen Yuejiang Technology Co., Ltd. (Dobot), was officially announced today. This edition of the Challenge focuses on typical scenarios in industrial manufacturing, medical research, and daily life, featuring multiple tasks ranging from simulation environments to real-robot operations, exploring the generalization capabilities of embodied AI robots in areas such as target retrieval, fine manipulation, and collaborative control.

This edition of the Challenge consists of two stages: an online simulation competition (preliminaries) and an on-site physical competition (finals). A total of three tasks have been established, each scored and ranked independently. Participating teams may choose to complete one or multiple tasks based on their areas of expertise. In the finals, to ensure fair competition and focus on algorithmic innovation, all teams will use designated embodied AI equipment and supporting components, which will be provided by the Challenge Organizing Committee.
