Amid a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, embodied intelligence - as a cutting-edge technology field - is moving from technical validation to practical application and deeply integrating into various real-world scenarios, continuously advancing the "AI+" initiative and building a powerful engine for new quality productive forces.

The development of artificial intelligence depends on science and technology; the progress of science and technology relies on talent; and the emergence of talent hinges on education. To meet national strategic needs and support the growth of the "AI+" industry, there is an urgent need for universities, research institutions, leading AI enterprises, and industry organizations to collaborate. This collective effort should build a new AI education system oriented toward future industries, systematically promote interdisciplinary integration, and accelerate the development of the embodied intelligence industry. By strengthening cooperation among universities, research institutions, leading AI companies, and social organizations, and by fully leveraging the strengths of comprehensive research universities, we can enhance AI talent cultivation and focus on AI education demands.

Founded in 2003, the CAAI Educational Committee comprises members from domestic universities, research institutes, and AI enterprises, serving as a major force in AI education in China. Its scope primarily includes the study of methods, means, and models for cultivating innovative talent in AI, intelligent science and technology, and related undergraduate, graduate, and vocational programs. It covers teaching and education, practical training, standards and norms, and promotes the integration of industry and education as well as science and education, while strengthening international exchanges in AI education.

Through signature events such as the CAAI Forum of AI Institute Deans and Master Educators, the "AI Walks China" Series, the New Generation AI Textbook Series, and the AI General Education Course Live Public Lecture Series, the Educational Committee unites AI educators across the country. It facilitates more effective connections among the talent pipeline, industrial chains, and innovation chains, contributing to a healthy ecosystem for teaching, research, and talent development in the field of artificial intelligence.
