On August 30, 2025, coinciding with the official release of the State Council’s Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the “AI+” Initiative, the 14th China Intelligent Industry Conference and the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Innovation Conference opened in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The event was hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), with support from the SME Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Changzhou Municipal People’s Government.

The two-day conference, themed “Intelligence Empowers the Dragon City, Leading the Future,” features one opening ceremony, eight keynote speeches, one roundtable dialogue, and fifteen thematic sessions, along with three concurrent special activities. The event showcases China’s latest achievements and practices in theoretical breakthroughs, technological innovation, industry applications, and industrial empowerment with AI. It also aims to inject momentum into the intelligent transformation of industries in Changzhou and the Yangtze River Delta region, accelerating the high-quality implementation of the national “AI+” initiative.
