Hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), organised by Southeast University, and co-organised by the CAAI Technical Committee on Intelligent Robotics, the 18th China Intelligent Robotics Conference (CIRC 2025) will be held from 14 to 16 November 2025 in Nanjing, China.

Themed “Digital Intelligence Empowering Robotics, Integration for a Strong Nation,” the conference aims to discuss and promote the development of theories, technologies, and applications in intelligent robotics and smart manufacturing. Scholars, researchers, engineers, and students working in related fields are invited to submit papers and participate in academic exchanges at the event.

Submissions:

Papers may be written in Chinese or English. All accepted papers will be included in the electronic conference proceedings (for internal exchange).

Accepted English papers, with author consent, will be published in the IEEE ARM 2025 conference proceedings (EI indexed). Outstanding English papers will be recommended to IEEE journals and other leading English-language publications.

Outstanding Chinese papers will be recommended for publication in journals such as:

o   Acta Automatica Sinica

o   Systems Engineering and Electronics

o   Robot

o   Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Natural Science Edition)

o   Journal of Southeast University

o   Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University
