On September 13th, 2024, Academician Dai Qionghai, Associate Professor Wu Jiamin from the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, and Associate Professor Guo Zengcai, the School of Basic Medical Sciences published “Long-term mesoscale imaging of 3D intercellular dynamics across a mammalian organ” in Cell, as co-corresponding authors. It also released RUSH3D, the new generation of mesoscale dynamics microscopy, which has 3D field of view at the centimeter level and sub-cellular resolution while achieving a continuous low phototoxicity observation for dozens of hours at a high speed of 20Hz in 3D imaging.
