On July 26-28, 2024, hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and organized by Shandong University, the final of the "NOC" in the 2023-2024 academic year was successfully held by China Information Technology Education Magazine and Shandong Cultural Travel Media Group Co., LTD. After nearly 100 local trials across the country, a total of 15,534 teams stood out and entered the final. After fierce competition, 2,735 teams won the first prize.

The final was in both online and offline formats, with 4 competition tracks such as robot track, design track, artificial intelligence track, and programming track . The competition features flexible event Settings and rich themes. The forms of the competition encompass both physical competition and simulation competition, which exercises and enhances the innovative consciousness and practical ability of the teenagers from multiple aspects. At the same time, the integration of the design theory and application, the creation of content and form of the competition will help to improve the students’ intelligent science and technology literacy in an all-round way.
