The 2023 China Intelligent Connected Vehicle Algorithm Challenge (CIAC 2023), organized by CAAI, China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Management Committee, China-SAE, Dongfeng Motor Corporation  and hosted by Professional Committee of Intelligent Driving, CICV , SAE-China Intelligent Transportation Committee, and Automotive Technology Education Branch of China Society of Automotive Engineers, concluded successfully in Beijing. As one of the most influential and  technologically advanced events in the industry, CIAC 2023 attracted nearly 1,100 teams from hundreds of universities, research institutes and autonomous vehicle companies across the country, of which 68% had a master's degree or above. A total of 85 awards were presented.

CIAC is a brand competition jointly developed by the CAAI, the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineers and CICV, aiming to promote the development of intelligent connected vehicle technology and industry, accelerate talent cultivation in this field, and improve the autonomous and controllable ability of China's industrial software.
