CAAI Professional Committee of Uncertainty Al 2023 Annual Academic Salon was held in Hefei on November 11, 2023. It was hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI),organized by Hefei University of Technology, and co-organized by the CAAI Professional Committee of Uncertainty, and Anhui Association for Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of Uncertainty.  This series of salons aims to leverage academic exchange as a source of original innovation, promoting the 'spirit of innovation, competition, and tolerance of failure.' It advocates free inquiry, encourages academic debate, and provides a platform for scientists to exchange views, theories, and inspirations that have not yet been recognized by the mainstream in the early stages of academic thought. The salon has been included in the "New Views and New Theories" academic salon of China Association for Science and Technology twice.
