The Launching ceremony of “Smart China” forum series and the first online forum on “Moving toward a new paradigm of educational and scientific research” was successfully held on October 22nd, 2022. The event was guided by Department of Science, Technology and Informatization of the Ministry of Education, Department of Information Sciences of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) , and Information and Electronic Engineering Division of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; hosted by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI); organized by CAAI Professional Committee of Education; supported by Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Research Institute of Development Strategy of Zhejiang University, Shanghai Institute for Advanced Study of Zhejiang University (SIAS), Beijing Institute of Artificial Intelligence of Beijing University of Technology, Collaborative Innovation Center for Artificial Innovation of Zhejiang University, Huawei, and IFLYTEK.
