From July 15th to 16th, the “Novelty, Originality, Creativity”(NOC) final for the 2022 to 2023 academic year was held in Baotou city, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Organized by CAAI and Baotou Municipal Government, the final competition was co-hosted by China Information Technology Education, Organization Department of Baotou City of the CPC Committee, the Leading Group Office for Talents of Baotou City of the CPC Committee, and Baotou Education Bureau.
