The 8th IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligent Systems (CCIS 2022), jointly organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and IEEE Beijing Section, and co-hosted by Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, CAAI Professional Committee of Intelligent Service, and CAAI Work Committee of Member Services, with the support of the Sichuan Institute of Artificial Intelligence, was successfully held in Chengdu from November 26th to 28th.

The conference brought together numerous internationally renowned scholars and industry elites, including Academician Yang Qiang, Academician Pan Yi, Prof. Yang Dan, Prof. Liu Bing, Prof. Zheng Yu, Prof. Li Tianrui, Prof. Du Junping, Prof. Yang Yan, Prof. Jiang Tao, Prof. Yang Xin, and many others. They jointly attended the event to exchange and discuss the latest research findings and technological trends, promoting international academic exchanges in relevant fields. The conference was conducted in a hybrid format, combining both online and offline sessions. The opening ceremony and keynote sessions were live-streamed online, attracting over 320,000 online viewers.
