At 20:00 on January 13, 2022, the second phase of the online science and technology public welfare live lecture hosted by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and undertaekn by the CAAI Artificial Intelligence Fundamental Special Committee, will invite Academician Pan Yi, Dean of the School of Computer Science and Control Engineering of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chair Professor, Academician of the American Academy of Medical and Biological Engineering, Academician of the Royal Academy of Public Health, Foreign Academician of the National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine, and Yangtze River Scholar to share the “Application of Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering” for us.
Although artificial intelligence and big data have begun to be applied to multiple stages of human life research and health management, there are many challenges that need to be overcome if we want to further tap their potential value. In meeting the challenges, the third generation of AI systems will leverage their technical advantages to make breakthroughs in key technologies such as knowledge embedding, multimodal data fusion, and result interpretation. Academician Pan Yi will talk about the application of artificial intelligence in the field of biomedical engineering in the report, especially the impact of computing power on the application of artificial intelligence.
