In order to encourage young scientific and technological talents to strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, serve the integration of science and technology, and contribute to the realization of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and building a world scientific and technological power, according to the "China Association for Science and Technology Training and Talent Service Center's Nomination of the 24th Seeking Truth Outstanding Letter from the Candidates for the Youth Achievement Transformation Award", the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence is now launching the work of recommending candidates for the 24th Seeking Truth Distinguished Young Scholar Achievement Transformation Award.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Reward quota

No more than 10 people. Past winners will not be nominated and awarded repeatedly.

2. Candidate conditions

(1) Adhere to the guidance of Xi’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, strong politics, excellent style of study, discipline and law-abiding, firmly establish the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve "two safeguards". The "Four Faces" practice the spirit of scientists and abide by scientific ethics.

(2) The candidate's scientific and technological achievements focus on the fields of electronic information, biomedicine, equipment manufacturing, advanced materials, resources and environment, modern agriculture and forestry, clean energy, and intelligent transportation.

(3)The scientific and technological achievements partially or fully meet the requirements of innovation, strategy, leadership, and breakthrough, which are conducive to opening up new industrial development directions and key areas, and promoting the deep integration of technology and economy, which has produced significant economic benefits. Priority is given to nominating outstanding young scientific and technological talents with key core technologies urgently needed for national development.

(4) Candidates are under the age of 45 (born on or after June 30, 1976) and actually participate in the work of "Technology China".

3. recommendation process

(1)Candidates are requested to register for the "Smart Science and Technology Talent Evaluation System" (http://kecaihui.cast.org.cn/login) before December 21, fill in the "Application Materials" (Attachment 2) online, and rely on the "smart technology talent assessment system" issued by the society Referral code" is submitted to the channel of the society.
