Recently, Tsinghua University Computer Degree Assessment Sub-Committee has released the latest edition of "Recommended Academic Conference and Journal List of Computer Disciplines of Tsinghua University" for three first-level disciplines: computer science and technology, software engineering and cyberspace security.

Among them, 39 journals are recommended in the fields of artificial intelligence, and only 2 are Chinese journals.

CAAI Transactions on Intelligent Systems, as a Chinese journal, co-sponsored by Harbin Engineering University and Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, ranks on the list.

The criteria for academic journals and conferences of Tsinghua University are quantified according to the index of citation median and H5 index, and then adjusted slightly by experts’ opinions. The new published criteria for academic journals classification are divided into category A and B. There are only 6 types of journals in category A and 33 types of journals in category B.
