From June 6th to June 10th, 2018, Academician LI Deyi, Chairman of the CAAI, paid a friendly visit to Finland at the invitation of Finnish MP Mika Nikko. In this trip, Academician LI Deyi, as an authoritative representative of artificial intelligence in China, fully understood the status of artificial intelligence discipline construction, unmanned project development and road test in Helsinki University, Aalto University and Urban Applied Science University in Finland and their future development prospects.

 Professor Kai Puolamarki from the Finnish Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Professor Aarne Halme from Aalto University, and Antti Aumo, Executive Director of the Finnish Investment Agency, attended the meeting. General Manager of RealMax Oy, and Mr. Li Wei, Secretary General of the International Department of CAAI provide full escort service. Through this visit, the two sides strengthened their understanding, discussed topics of common interest, and laid a good foundation for further cooperative research in the future.  The visit was supported by the Finnish Investment Agency, Embassy of Finland in China and Realmax Oy.
