According to the Notice of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee on Printing and Distributing the 2018 National Postdoctoral Academic Exchange Program (Doctoral Administration Office [2018] No. 17), the National Postdoctoral Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum will be held in Innovation Center of China Fortune Land Development on September 15th, 2018.

II. the main content of the forum

Under the theme of “Innovation, Integration and Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, the Forum, under the guidance of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee Office, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, invited domestic and foreign well-known scholars and experts and provided an academic exchange platform for Postdoctoral researchers and young scholars in the field of artificial intelligence, which explore artificial intelligence technology innovation, industrial transformation and application around the national strategy of artificial intelligence. Through this activity, we will gather innovative resources in the post-doctoral research field to promote the innovation, integration and development of artificial intelligence technology in a wider scope, higher level and deeper level.

The forum consists of three parts:

1. National Postdoctoral Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Summit Forum;

2. AI cutting-edge technology, AI+ car, AI+ medical special report meeting;

3. Special roadshow for artificial intelligence projects.

IV. the collection of papers

This forum will focus on the innovation, integration and development of the intelligent era, and invite domestic and foreign well-known scholars and experts, as well as post-doctoral fellows in the field of artificial intelligence research in China, to collect artificial intelligence through paper collection, review, publication, and forum exchange. Discussion on technology application and industrial development, build a post-doctoral exchange platform, promote exchanges and cooperation between universities, research institutes and enterprises in the field of artificial intelligence, improve the quality of post-doctoral training, and promote the development of artificial intelligence technology and industry in China.

We sincerely welcome researchers who are engaged in artificial intelligence science and technology and industrial development related fields to actively participate in the submission.

(1) Scope and requirements of essay

Representatives participating in this forum are required to submit a research paper or abstract of the paper to the forum (see Appendix 1 for the requirements). The essay is based on the theme of “Innovation, Integration and Development in the Age of Artificial Intelligence” and requires innovation. It can be an article published or published in a newspaper, a collection of essays or a web, or it can be an in-research report.

(2) Participation receipt and paper submission

Participants are requested to send the paper or abstract of the paper and the receipt of the participation (see Attachment 2) to the email address msc@caai.cn before August 25, 2018. Please indicate the name of the email - Name of the Artificial Intelligence Postdoctoral Forum and the receipt of the report. paper.

(3) Award setting

This event will invite authoritative experts in the industry to select the outstanding papers of the “CFLD Innovation Center Cup” National Postdoctoral Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum, and give honorary certificates and certain rewards. Later, if you intend to innovate and start a post-doctoral (or Ph.D.) at CFLD Innovation Center. Will give office space and related policy support.

(4) The forum will invite outstanding authors to make sub-forum thematic reports.

(5) The forum organizing committee will produce a summary of the papers for internal communication.

This forum does not charge registration fees, conference fees, and data fees. During the conference, accommodation and transportation expenses are self-care.
