I. recommendation requirements

Scientific and technological achievements should be transferable and tradable, have a certain degree of technological advancement and transformation maturity, and highlight the themes of artificial intelligence or civil-military integration, targeted poverty alleviation, and the revitalization of northeast China.

II. Method of achievement promotion

(1) selection

The institute will select cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements recommended by various selection channels. 20 authoritative and representative cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements were selected and recommended to China association for science and technology in the name of the association.

(2) release

The association will set up an academic evaluation committee and a group of related disciplines to select and evaluate the recommended scientific and technological achievements in frontier areas.

III. Solicitation requirements

1. The recommending unit shall submit scientific and technological achievements according to the recommendation requirements.

2. Recommend institutions to fill in the recommendation form of scientific and technological achievements in frontier areas (see the attachment), and send the electronic version of the recommendation form and the scanned version with official seal to the designated mailbox zhb@caai.cn.

3. The email topic is suggested to be named in the format of "preface scientific and technological achievements collection + member name of the organization", and the attached manuscript is suggested to be named in the format of "preface scientific and technological achievements + title + name".

4. The deadline for solicitation is May 13, 2019.
