On 16 March 2025, the 9th National Congress of Members of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) was held in Beijing, with nearly 400 member representatives from across the country in attendance.

The congress comprehensively summarised the achievements of the 8th Council, reviewed and approved several important reports and documents, and completed the election of the 9th Council and the 2nd Board of Supervisors. The 9th Congress marks the beginning of a new journey, setting the stage for the next five years and laying a strategic roadmap for the future.
