In accordance with the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award Charter and its Implementation Rules, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) has conducted a thorough review of the nominated projects for the 2024 Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award. The process included formal review, initial evaluation (both written and meeting-based), and final evaluation, followed by a 10-day public announcement period. After approval by the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award Committee and final endorsement by the President of CAAI, 53 projects have been selected for the 2024 Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award.
The awards include:

• 3 Science and Technology Contribution Awards
• 5 First Prizes and 4 Second Prizes in Natural Science
• 4 First Prizes and 4 Second Prizes in Technological Invention
• 1 Special Prize, 5 First Prizes, 10 Second Prizes, and 1 Third Prize in Scientific and Technological Progress
• 15 Young Scientist Awards
