On July 17th, 2024, The Technological Requirements for AI General Clinical-aided Diagnosis System the Standard (T/CHAA 027-2024), which is led by Zhang Qin, a CAAI fellow and INEA academician and drafted by CAAI Professional Committee on Uncertainty AI and CAAI Professional Committee on Smart Medical, was officially implemented with the approval by the Chinese Health Association. The implementation of this Standard means that the AI general clinical-aided diagnosis system has made progress in technological innovation and standardization, showing that the industry will step to a new stage of more efficient and standardized technological development.
The Standard covers many aspects such as scope, normative references, terminology and definitions, function requirements, performance requirements, security and ethical requirements, as well as diagnosis precision evaluation. During the process, technical experts and industry experts were consulted, ensuring it is scientific, practical and forecasting. The impeachment of it will contribute to the industrial criteria and enhance the reliability of technologies and services.
