From June 21st to 27th 2024, “the Series Online Academic Forums of 2024 CAAI Professional Committee of Smart Medical and the High-level Academic Forum by the MOE Key Laboratory for Medical Imaging Intelligent Computing”, hosted by CAAI and co-organized by CAAI Professional Committee of Smart Medical and the Laboratory for Medical Imaging Intelligent Computing, Northeastern University, was held online. This forum focused on the latest progress in artificial intelligence, attracting wide attention from experts, scholars and elites with an online attending accumulation of more than one thousand. 

It covered multiple hot topics such as fundamental theories, graphics and images, vision, texts, and data analysis of artificial intelligence, as well as its applications and practice in the medical field, providing a platform for participants to exchange ideas and share their fruits. 

As the concurrent event of the 2024 Academic Conference on smart health-care, this online forum not only provided invaluable opportunities for academic exchanges, but also boosted new vitality for the development of the field. The 2024 Smart Medical Academic Conference will be held on August 23rd and 24th in Qufu, Jining, Shandong Province. It will gather more industry elites, collaboratively promoting the innovative development in smart health-care.
