Co-organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and IEEE Beijing Section, hosted by IEEE China Council Artificial Intelligence Committee and supported by Dali university, the 9th IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligence Systems (CCIS) in 2023 will be held from August 12-13 in Dali, Yunnan Province of China.
Co-sponsored by the CAAI and IEEE Beijing Branch, the IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligence Systems has been successfully held for eight sessions in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Nanjing, Singapore, Xi' an, and Chengdu. The conference aims to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the cutting-edge technologies and hot issues of cloud computing and artificial intelligence to promote the development of related technologies and industries.
The CCIS 2023 are soliciting papers from all over the world. Accepted papers will be published by IEEE and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore' s scope and quality requirements. Excellent papers will be recommended to the World Wide Web Journal, Chinese Journal of Electronics, China Communications and other SCI journals.

1. The paper has not been published in domestic and foreign journals or conferences.
2. The paper should be written in English and in accordance with the template.

Publication Index
All papers of the conference will be peer-reviewed by the program committee, and all papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore online database for retrieval. The selected excellent papers can be recommended to the Retrieval Journals after revisions.
